1. Women's Bible Studies Resume
Women’s Bible studies resume next week! All are welcome as we study James together.
Every Tues 10-11:30 am @ TPC office.
Every other Wed, 7-8:30 pm @ Michelle Scharfenberg’s.
Every other Thurs, 7-8:30 pm @ Julia Sturgill’s.
Sign up at the welcome table or via forthcoming email, which will also give more details about the sewing workshop on Sept 19.
2. Celebration of Life Service for Jerrine Toll
Jerrine's Celebration of Life Service will be held on October 10th. A fellowship meal will begin at 1:00 PM at Main St Church's Fellowship Hall followed by a 2:00 PM service in the Fellowship Hall. Text 248-820-9006 if you plan to attend so they can get a head count for the lunch.
3. Sunday School Training - Mark Your Calendars
A training session for all current and new nursery and children’s Sunday School volunteers will be held after church on Sunday, September 27. This brief 30-minute meeting will review our safety procedures and child protection policy. Please make every effort to attend, whether you are a longtime volunteer or are just getting started.
4. Sunday School Starts Next Week
Sunday School begins next week on September 13th! Next week's email will have details of Sunday School classes and ministry offering for the Fall.
5. Fall Youth Retreat - Deadline Approaching!
If you plan to attend the Youth retreat at Camp Westminster from September 25th to 26th, register before the T-shirt order is submitted on September 9th! The cost is $100/Student ($200 family max) and adult volunteers are free. Please let Pastor Coleman know if cost is an obstacle to attending! Register here.
