Worship Highlight: In our worship this upcoming Sunday morning, we will consider what it means to be children of Abraham. God made a covenant with Abraham (Genesis 15), and all who share Abraham’s faith belong to Christ, “heirs according to promise” (Galatians 3:29). In our sermon text, Jesus confronts those who claim Abraham as their father yet reject the one whom Abraham rejoiced to see (John 8).
